CASING FROM THE CATALOG
Today's card is CASED (Copy And Share with Everyone) from the New Stampin' Up Annual Catalog. Happy Birthday Gorgeous ..See page 76. It's not exactly the same but kinda. So much inspiration right there in front of you, right? ENJOY!
Choose three colors, stamp tone on tone for the balloons then punch with Balloon Bouquet punch. Stamp a bunch of flowers on the bottom of your stamping piece. Stamp swirly strings, add a strip of coordinating DSP. Pop balloons up with dimensionals.
