DETAILS: Mini Treat bag = DSP 1- 6" x 6", 1- 6" x 3 1/2" Banner = Chocolate Chip: 4" x 2", DSP Green Hearts 4 3/4" x 1 1/2" (4 1/4" after cut with banner punch), DSP Multi Circles 5" x 1" (4 1/2" after cut with banner punch) Inside White piece = 4 3/4" x 2 1/2"

How cool is this??? A gift card holder made from a Stampin' Up envelope. The possibilities are endless for decorating these cute little gift cards.
