Last Card of the Year: Easy & Cheerful Birthday Card with Round We Go Stamps & Dies!

 

I couldn’t resist sneaking in one more video this year! I’m sharing an easy and cheerful birthday card made with the ‘Round We Go’ stamps and dies. I kept it simple with a fun color palette of navy, Petunia Pop, and Granny Apple Green. To add texture, I used the Dotted Circles Embossing Folder, which perfectly complements the round elements.

To finish it off, I added a few iridescent rhinestones I snagged from the Last Chance List (so grab them while you can!). Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cardmaker, this design is fun and easy to recreate. Watch for tips, tricks, and inspiration for your next card project!

Creative Adventure with the Fragrant Forest Stamp Set

 HI Stampers - 

This week, I took on a fun creative challenge—designing a card in real time with the stunning Fragrant Forest stamp set. This beautiful, single-stamp design features a forest of trees, perfect for creating bold and timeless cards.

 For this project, I used Old Olive cardstock, Old Olive and Memento black ink, but the real fun was letting the design unfold as I went. From selecting sizes and colors to navigating unexpected "oops" moments, it was all part of the journey. 

Sometimes the best cards come from experimenting, and I wanted to bring you along to see my process—the good, the bad, and the adjustments in between.

Need a creative way to present a gift card? This project has you covered! Using the same Reindeer Fun Stamps & Dies, I created a festive card that doubles as a gift card holder. It’s the perfect blend of practical and adorable!

Alternative Tip:Use the dies to cut images directly from the DSP for quick and easy embellishments

Project 2: Layered Reindeer Card

For the second card, I showcased many of the 'Reindeer Fun' dies to create an adorable dimensional card. By combining stamping and die-cutting, the reindeer really pops off the card! To add even more charm, I made this card into a gift card holder.

Tips:

• The dies make it easy to add layers for a 3D look.
• Don’t forget to mix and match patterns from the DSP to create a cohesive but fun layout!
