ANGELS ABOVE BABY GOWNS

The other day I was talking to an old friend and she asked me if StampinUp had any products that she could use in her business....let me tell you quickly what she does as it is one of those GOOD Stories we all need to hear more of these days.  She is the founder of Angels Above Baby Gowns in Garden City, MI.   This non-profit group makes beautiful little tiny gowns from old donated wedding dresses for the very unfortunate newborn babies who do not come home from the hospital.  HOW ADMIRABLE IS THAT!  Anyway here is a link to my board I created for her to look through to see some of the sympathy cards that she might be able to incorporate into her business.  The board is called Angels Above.(You have to scroll down to the bottom to see this board)  I added a supply list of some of the products used in making these cards that these creative people made.  Also several of these cards would work as a 3" square card.
Thanks Dawn for the beautiful work you do in Angels Above!

March 11, 2015
This is a card that my I showed my "great" niece how to make this past weekend.  She loved making it and it turned out so cute.  Inside it says "Our Friendship is a Very Happy Thing"
Cute eah?   Here is a list of the supplies used (except I did not list the Blendabilities as they are no longer available - too many problems I guess.  Too bad because they were fun to use.  However, the Stampin Up Markers will do just fine.  :)

Hi Stampers!
Well today I did not stamp after work as I was playing on Pinterest and trying to link it to my blog.  I did not succeed.  So frustrating but I will figure it out!  LOL!  More later.

Crazy about you

CRAZY ABOUT YOU

Friday, March 6, 2015

Such a quick and easy card. I used Whisper White for the base and a strip of DSP in Crisp Cantaloupe for the accent color and embossed the two together using the square lattice embossing folder.  I love that look! I used the Crazy about you stamp set and Hollow you thinlits for the flower and sentiments.  I punched the flower using the 1 3/4" Circle Scallop punch. Add a little glitter and bow and there you have it.
Here are the supplies I used...with a 'Supply List" at the end that you can print.
