Have you ever started making a card and in turned out totally different than you had in mind? That is what happened to my card in today's post.
I was inspired by the latest Global Design Project Challenge to Case the Designer, Keastin Kaeis:
I started out by laying strips of different colored cardstock on a piece of white cardstock, embossing it and then cutting out leaves with the stitched leaves dies. These are my beautiful weaved leaves...
However, I decided to use the cut out piece to make my card for the #GDP304.
After cutting out the leaves on my striped & embossed piece, I adhered it to a piece of white cardstock and embossed only the leaves with the textured dies in the stitched dies set. I then cut out a Night of Navy little leaf and glued the Hello sentiment and popped it up with a dimensional and added a double twine bow.
