Happy Graduation with Balloons

Balloons say Happy the best.  Balloon Celebration stamps & framelits helped me create this card.  I used Wildflowers DSP and ran it through the Big Shot with the Confetti texture folder.  The balloons are set on a 2 5/8" x 4" whisper white piece ran through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dot texture folder. The hat is a long diamond with half a hexagon punch for the base of the hat. Cucumber Crush is the matte color and main balloon.
