Thoughtful Butterfly Gala Card

This weeks cards are all about butterflies.

To create today's card I used two textured layers making a recessed window to showcase these beautiful stamped butterflies.

The Butterfly Gala stamp set has 4 different designed butterflies plus a solid image to add color plus a variety of sentiments to let that certain someone know how special they are to you.

Butterfly Card for a friend

STAMPIN'SHOUT FB LIVE

TUESDAY 4pm est

Just like a butterfly, my card morphed from start to finish.  I started with memento ink and finished with Misty Moonlight.  The butterflies colors changed.  The layout changed.  The background changed. I think I am finally happy with the result but who knows.  That is what stamping is...a stamp, a thought, inspiration, and creation.

Cherished Friend Card with Butterfly Gala

In yakking with my friend this week, she mentioned Butterflies are trending.  Well, that was all the inspiration I needed and so, this week, I am busy making butterfly cards.  I started with this Cherished Friend card.  I love how the butterfly is just fluttering near the pretty flowers.  ENJOY!
