STAMPINSHOUT stampinshout@gmail.com: CHEERFUL BELLA CARD

Sending some love with a Bow WOW Card using Bella & Friends. I stamped Bella in Basic Black onto Shimmery White Cardstock, colored her with Watercolor Pencils and cut out with the Layering Oval Framelits. I punched a balloon using my Balloon Bouquet Punch in Pacific Point and used glue dots to adhere it. I stamped my sentiment and punched it out with a cloud found in the Tree Builder punch.(I Love punches...so quick & easy to use) All is layered onto a soft background of the Color Theory DSP. ENJOY!
