Starte with a standard 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" whisper white card base, Red Matte 4" x 5 1/4", White Matte 3 3/4" x 5", Strip of DSP from Stack With Love paper stack, 2 window frames, Black & White, YOU cut from Expressions Thinlit and add a red bow.
